Processor Preventative Maintenance Program

GRAND X-RAY ensures the quality of our preventative maintenance program by maintaining a database of information about your piece of equipment. This will include the installation date, serial number, model number as well as time cycle, replenishment rates, developer and water and dryer temperatures.

The following is a summary of GRAND X-RAY's monthly cleaning services:

	Detector, crossover and squeegee assemblies are removed for cleaning and inspection
	Deep racks are removed for cleaning and inspection
	Solutions are drained, tanks are cleaned and inspected and system cleaner is used as needed
	Developer filter is cleaned or changed
	Tanks are filled with fresh solutions, circulation of fixer and developer is checked and roller transport racks, crossover, etc., are checked and replaced as necessary
	Developer, water and dryer temperatures are checked and compared to service card and are adjusted as needed
	Replenishment rates are checked, compared to the service record and adjusted as needed
	Test films are run to check the full operation of the machine to ensure there are no marks or scratches
	Clean all processor surfaces, outer tank walls, inner side panels, base plate and covers
	Check operation of all dryer rollers and tubes and clean for chemical deposits and dust. Any worn gears, pulleys, bearings, o-rings or belts will be replaced as necessary
